Who says learning is boring?  Just found this great site that allows you to create a learning lesson.  Below is a sample educational game I have created to help legal students memorize legal maxims.  Oh yeah, this is a great game.

What is the Doctrine of Exhaustion of Administrative Remedies?

It is the resort to administrative authorities in the resolution of controversies which has the jurisdiction over the case before going to the court of justice for review.

Exceptions of this doctrine:

1. When question involved is purely a question of law

2. When the administrative agency is in estoppel

3. When the act complained of is patenty illegal

4. When huge public interest is involved

5. When the controversy will result to irreparable damage

6. In quo warranto proceedings
